I Love You
There are three words that we sometimes have trouble saying with enough frequency. Three words that we all long, deep down, to hear from the people that we care about. We long to hear the words "I love you." We can pretend that we are tough. Or we can act like we are just not that "gooshie and mooshie" but, deep down, under neath all the stuff that we have used bury the emotion is that desire to be loved and to hear those words. "I love you."
I love you.
I love you my friends.
I love you my family.
I love you my wife.
I love you my children.
I love you my church family.
I love you that read this blog.
I love you that don't. (I pray someone gets this message to you)
I love you all.
I think the biggest regret that I have discovered in talking with families when they lose a love one is that they didn't tell each other that they loved them enough. They didn't regret something they had done or the lose of time together as much as they regretted not saying I love you more. Take some time today and tell people that you love them. Don't be afraid to do it or think it is too "mooshie or gooshie." Take some time to listen for the voice of God saying those words to you. Thank God for the loved ones in your life and express your love today.
Love today.
In Christ's love and mine,
Doug

Don't we all enjoy knowing that we are loved? It's such a simple act of caring to say those 3 little words. I can't tell my family & friends often enough that I love them.
God is the only One who knows when our last conversation with someone is going to be; don't be afraid to express your love for them :)
