Unfailing love

Psalm 13:1-6 NIV

How long, Lord ? Will you forget me forever?  How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart?  How long will my enemy triumph over me? Look on me and answer, Lord  my God.  Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death, and my enemy will say, "I have overcome him,"
and my foes will rejoice when I fall. But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lord 's praise, for he has been good to me.

God's love never fails.  My loved has failed many times.  I have not always loved in times when I should love.  (Which is all the time.)  I have been failed by the love of others too.  The truth is our love is not a love that is unfailing.  The good news is that God's is.  His love never fails.  We can trust that.  We can trust in God's unfailing love.  Trust it more than our feelings because our feelings fail us also.  When we feel like God is far off or hiding from us don' t trust your feeling trust His love.  He is there.  Sing his praises.  His love is unfailing.
